How PU Pressure Grouting Works

Polyurethane grouting is a state-of-the-art technique where we inject liquid PU resins into concrete cracks under pressures of up to 3000 PSI. When the reactive PU resin hits moisture inside the concrete pore, it expands up to 20 times its volume, forming a dense, hydrophobic rubber foam that blocks the water completely.

Our Structural Grouting Steps

• Drilling Ports: Drilling holes along the crack line at 45-degree angles to intercept the core crack.
• Installing Packers: Inserting mechanical metal packers (nozzles) tightly inside the drilled ports.
